I absolutely loved everything. I mean, who needs a restaurant in a hotel?

The room was really comfortable and the air-conditioning was a lifesaver in the Mumbai heat. I loved having a balcony to relax on and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. The private bathroom was clean and had a great shower. the room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

Personally, I found the tiled flooring in the room a bit uncomfortable. But hey, that's just my opinion and others might enjoy it.

I recently stayed at Hotel Broadway in Colaba for my first visit to the city. The location was excellent, within walking distance to all the major sights. The rooms were compact but clean, and the hot water and Wi-Fi worked well. The staff were helpful and honest, as they returned the money I had accidentally overpaid. I would highly recommend Hotel Broadway for its convenient location and friendly staff.

The staff at Broadway Colaba were incredibly kind and accommodating. I was initially reserved about their hospitality, but they soon warmed up to me. I could see that they deal with difficult customers at times, but they handled everything professionally. The location of the hotel was perfect, especially for exploring Colaba. The room was very clean and the first-floor staff were exceptional. I was impressed by their honesty when we accidentally overpaid and they promptly returned the excess amount to us. It's reassuring to know that they follow the necessary police procedures, such as taking your passport for registration, but it wasn't a problem at all.

The bathroom arrangement was a bit inconvenient, as the shower was inside the room and everything got wet, including the toilet. The shower temperature was also cold, which might be refreshing in the Mumbai heat, but not ideal for everyone.

The hotel is very convenient for sightseeing. Lack of disadvantaged people in the area helps to feel safe.

The hotel's decoration was elegant and charming, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and comfortable for senior people. Accessibility in the hotel was excellent, with wide hallways and ramps, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane.

It would have been better if the staff had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A little more assistance and understanding from the children working there would have made for an even better vacation experience.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the prime location of this hotel right in the heart of Colaba. Being situated in the bustling Colaba causeway market made it convenient for me to explore the nearby tourist places. The staff, especially Mohammad at reception, went above and beyond to accommodate my family and me, making our stay extremely pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff were also commendable. The wifi at the hotel was reliable, which was an added bonus.
